Dr. Heather Pendell specializes in the holistic and naturopathic evaluation and management of aging. The modalities she is most sought out for are comprehensive bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women – especially testosterone replacement therapy – and injections of joints and other tissues of the body with regenerative medicines such as prolotherapy and PRP to heal injuries and treat and reverse the effects of aging on the physical body, including the chronic pain, physical disability, sexual dysfunction, and the overall decrease in vitality and quality of life that we suffer from as we age.

She has a sincere passion for supporting the innate ability of the body to heal itself that is ingrained in all of us, although she also has the understanding that our world often presents us with complicating factors and an integrative approach is needed.

Dr. Heather was awarded her Bachelor Degree in science from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. During her undergraduate studies, she worked with several naturopathic physicians as teachers and mentors, which sparked her interest for natural medicine. She developed a passion for this style of medicine, and began pursuing a career in helping others improve health through nutrition, botanical herbs and physical medicine. She then completed a four-year graduate medical degree at National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Pendell is not only extremely well trained and knowledgeable in both traditional and alternative medicine, but she’s also extremely warm and understanding. She listens and is extremely detailed in her treatment. She has a knack for understanding what her patients needs are, and adjusts their treatment accordingly. A true practitioner of individualized care.
